FIST MICROPHONE

A fist microphone is connected with the main operating panel and auxiliary operating panel. The microphone is normally retained to the left hand side of the panel, by a metal clip. The microphone has a curly cord, and the end of this cord is terminated with a 9 pin ‘D’ connector.

  • The Fist microphone is of dynamic noise cancelling type, designed for close talking hand held applications.
  • The frequency response is especially tailored for ‘crisp’, clear and highly intelligible voice communications with 360º minimisation of background noise.
  • A soft lip guard is positioned to assure proper close talk voice spacing by the user.
  • The microphone is with a permanently attached heavy-duty curly cord cable.
  • The Push to Talk Switch is wired as a separate volt free contact so that microphone switching is achieved ‘electronically’ within the main operating panel/ auxiliary operating panel for maximum reliability.
  • The dynamic microphone capsule has a rugged Polyester diaphragm that resists moisture, temperature extremes, most acids, alkalis and solvents.
