Corporate Social Responsibility Policy
Background
In compliance with the requirements of Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Rules, 2014, as amended, the Company is, inter alia, required to:

Constitute a Board Committee to formulate and recommend a CSR Policy and monitor activities.

Ensure spending at least 2% of average Net Profits before Tax of the last three years.
